The cleanliness was excellent. The staff were professional and spoke English as well, which is so helpful. The hotel is in excellent condition. Most of all the Breakfast was amazing! I've stayed in my fair share of hotels and when you are away from home a good breakfast is comforting. We've all been to hotels that had a poor choice in the morning, so when you think it's not important it really really is. In the room there was a selection of teas and even hot chocolate. There was also a Nespresso machine. An empty fridge is available for anyone with a baby or that has medication to keep cool. The restaurant had good food as well.

All staff were friendly and helpful, but special mention for the F&B staff that were on duty in the bar/restaurant Saturday night 3rd May, excellent service and looked like a team that genuinely enjoy the job. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was spacious and had most necessary amenities. Location is great, less than 10 minutes walk from the M3 Metro to get to city centre sightseeing hotspots, Tesco Extra nearby and relatively quiet neighbourhood.

We were traveling from Medugorje such a very long time and we arriwed at the hotel at 5:30 In the morning. The rezeptionist was very kind. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The best thing is, that here is the checkout time at 12:00. Such a shame, that we could sleep only till 10:00 and we must to leave because our work responsibilities.

They have some public parking places in front of the hotel( free on weekends) but they also offer parking at a price in the garage. The rooms where clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good it had a very good variety of options to choose from. You have also a 24/7 supermarket 5 minutes waking from the hotel.
